The number of active cases of COVID-19 in Airdrie continues to decline.

The latest statistics from the province show 16 active cases in the community. So far 62 people have recovered from the virus.

Rocky View County, which the province is listed as a community to watch, currently has 23 active cases with 58 recoveries.

A watch is issued when a community had at least 10 active cases and more than 50 active cases per 100,000 people. That means the province is monitoring the risk and discussing with local governments and community leaders about the possible need for additional health measures.
