So you're one month into your New Year's resolution!
You didn't make it.
Now some of you have been going strong and that's amazing! But the majority of us, probably fell flat 3 weeks ago. I lasted longer then last year to stay out of the junk food, but it was probably a pipe dream to think I would make it the year. But the good news is...you have today. There's no reason we have to wait until 2019 to try again. You can try again now. A good friend of mine once said 'if you want to quit a bad habit, it takes 500 times'. Have you tried to quit 500 times yet? Then try again. The only way you get to where you want to be is by continuing to try. So starting today, I will try again. And probably by next week I will have to start back at square one, but someday, I will make it.
