Airdronian Josh Davies is thriving in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos.

After both the Broncos and Davies had a slow start to the season, things are looking up.

Right now, Davies has a total of 25 points, 15 goals and 10 assists.

Davies is top 5 in the WHL when it comes to penalty minutes, with 90 minutes served in the penalty box.

The Broncos had a game on Tuesday against the Seattle Thunderbirds which they lost 4-2, Davies was held off the score sheet. The game last night agaisnt the Tri-City Americans was a 6-1 loss but Davies was able to score the lone goal.

The Broncos finish their trip out west facing the Spokane Chiefs on Friday before heading back to Saskatchewan. 

The Broncos currently sit seventh in the Eastern Conference of the WHL with a record of 22 wins, 21 losses, two overtime losses and one shootout loss.

Davies was selected with the 186th overall pick in the 6th round in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers on July 7.
