Airdrie's premier business awards were handed out at the Woodside Golf Course on Friday, October 21.  Just over 120 people were on hand to celebrate the achievements of all the nominees.

Winning Edge Award

Eco Edge Award

Natural e Green owner, Tamara Lachinsky, was thrilled and somewhat overwhelmed to take home the Eco Edge Award. Tamara was nominated for this award last year and was excited to take it home this year.  Tamara is doing her bit to ensure youth gain an understanding of what's good for the environment:

Family Friendly Award

The Family Friendly Award went to first time nominee and new business, Grow with Us Consignment and Retail and owner Rebecca Reaville. Rebecca has developed a simple but effective way of ensuring she meets the needs of her family-based customers:

Business Leader Award

Long time Airdrie business man, Dick Buchanan, was the recipient of the Business Leader Award.  Like many of the winners, Dick credited the unique community that is Airdrie with playing a significant part in his win.
