The scene has been cleared. 

Earlier on Monday afternoon, there were reports of a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Range Road 13 and Township Road 262.

An eyewitness reported that emergency vehicles were on the scene, including fire trucks and traffic was being directed manually as the car in question, a white car that had been turning South was obstructing traffic.

There are no details on injuries at this time.
