Early Monday morning, RCMP were called out to Main Street Centre after an alarm went off.  When they arrived, they found several businesses had been broken into including Nutters, Global Pet Foods, Airdrie Office Supplies and Sushi Haru. Cst. Francine Hennelly says they now have a description of the suspect.

Most locations affected were back to business yesterday afternoon with their doors replaced, and cleaning up from the night before. Jean Simpson, owner of Airdrie Office Supplies, describes what she saw when she arrived at her store.

A variety of items were stolen and the value of the loss is unknown right now. If you have any information on these Main Street break-ins, please contact Airdrie RCMP at 945-7200 or Crimestoppers.
