Starting on Friday, August 12 at 9 A.M., the Northbound outside single lane of the QEII will be closed to accommodate shoulder widening (south of the new northbound exit ramp) and to create a safe work zone for crew working adjacent to the highway. The road closure will last till 3 P.M.
On Saturday the same closure will be enforced starting at 9 A.M. till 3 P.M. And although there will be no closures on Sunday, on Monday morning the northbound outside single lane will be closed off once again from 9 till 3 P.M.
These most recent road closures follow the southbound outside single lane being closed down most of this week, with that road closure ending on Thursday at 3 P.M.
