After putting up with years of confusion about their identity - are they the local children's theatre or a movie theatre - Airdrie's Little Theatre recently changed their name to the Nose Creek Players.
Kim Cheel, newly elected president and director, says that a name change helped the group to re-focus and re-emerge as a truly local community theatre with local performers and local playwrights getting in on the act.
The Nose Creek Players will be participating in ARTember and Alberta ArtsDays with a performance at Bert Church Live Theatre
