UPDATE: RCMP collision reconstruction team on scene of fatal motorbike, school bus incident

Airdrie RCMP advises that they are on scene at a serious motor vehicle collision, involving a school bus and motorcycle, on Highway 567 at Township Road 270. At least one person is deceased. No reported injuries from the occupants on the school bus.

Earlier on Tuesday afternoon, Highway 567 at Township Road 270 was closed as the RCMP Collision Reconstructionist was on the scene. RCMP had asked people to avoid the area.

An update will be sent when the road has been cleared.
