If you managed to get your hands on a pumpkin this year (they were a hot commodity yesterday!), what do you do with the pumpkin guts after you carve?

I LOVE roasting the seeds.

What about you Airdrie?

Do you roast 'em or toss 'em?

If you roast them, what recipe do you use? I usually just sprinkle them with seasoning salt.

Do you make any other pumpkin treats with the innards?

Pumpkin puree for pie or cookies maybe?
