Monday is Labour Day, which means two things:  most people have the day off, and the Edmonton Eskimos are in town to face the Calgary Stampeders.

Both teams head into the game sitting at the top of the Western Standings. Calgary leads the way with a 6-2 record. Edmonton sits one game back in second place. The two teams met back on July 23 at McMahon Stadium, with the Eskimos walking away with a 24-19 win.

August was a good month for the Stampeders, while it wasn't so friendly for their northern rivals. The Stamps went 3-0, with quarterback Henry Burris picking up Outstanding Player of the Month honors, and wide reciever John Forzani named Canadian Player of the Month.

The Eskimos haven't won a game since July 29, going 0-3 in August.

Calgary has won four of the last five Labour Day Classics, and the last four rematch games the week after in Edmonton.

Kickoff is at 2:30 pm on Monday.
