Airdrie’s vandals have struck again, this time along a major road in Airdrie.

Along Yankee Valley Boulevard, near the intersection of Coopers Crossing and Luxstone, a new message has been written across the fence line stating “Lack of visual empathy equates the meaning love, hatred and attitude.”

According to Corporal Troy Savinkoff, Airdrie RCMP did not receive a complaint regarding mischief pertaining to the graffiti.

“Graffiti is a troubling thing because not only does it damage the property that people put so much effort into keeping clean, it also can make residents feel unsafe in their communities. Any time RCMP sees an increase in crime such as this we will direct increased patrols in that area.”

Savinkoff also asks the public to report any suspicious activity. Any information regarding this offence should be brought to Airdrie RCMP or CrimeStoppers.
