After suffering their first loss of the young Heritage Junior Hockey League season on Friday at home against Cochrane, the Airdrie Thunder put things back on track last night (September 30).

The Thunder went into Strathmore and came away with a 7 - 4 win.

Brendan Davidson and Clay Murray each had four point nights for Airdrie, Davidson scoring twice and adding a pair of assists and Murray with a goal and three assists.

The win improves the Thunder's record to three and one.

Airdrie's next game is at the Ron Ebbesen Arena on Friday night at 8:00 pm against the High River Flyers.
