The first few days after Spring forward are always hard. Most of us feel that loss of the hour. We might feel extra tired, we might feel a little off from routines, kind of like jet lag. At least we get some extra sun time and warmer temperatures. Maybe we should reconsider the time change though, just read that research says crime would go down 20% if we stayed on daylight savings time year round. Has the time changed messed up anything for you yet? Did it mess up some plans? How do you get through until it finally feels like the new normal?
