The rookies wrapped things up at the Young Stars tournament in Pentiction BC on Wednesday night. Now it's time to get down to buisness as the Calgary Flames open up training camp for the 2011-2012 NHL season.

Today, traditionally, is the day the players hate the most as they are put through the punishment of fitness testing. They wont get on to the ice until the weekend.

Both forward Brendan Morrison and Croy Sarich will be limited in their action this weekend, as they are still recovering from off season injury. The on ice sessions are open to the public, starting tomorrow morning at 9:30 at the Scotia Bank Saddledome.
