The Airdrie Xtreme's record at the Western Canadian Bantam Hockey Championship in Kamloops is now one and one following a loss to the B.C. Champions in their second game of the tournament this morning (March 30).

The Xtreme lost 3 - 1 to the Seafair Islanders.  The B.C. representatives scored two goals less than three minutes apart in the third period for the win.

Joshua Davies had given the Xtreme a 1 - 0 lead in the second before the Islanders came back for the win, running their record to a perfect 2 and 0.

Freddie Halyk was in goal for the Xtreme as they were outshot 37 - 32 by Seafair.

Airdrie will try to rebound from the loss when they play their second game of the day at 4:00 pm against the host Thompson Blazers.
