The regular season for Rocky View girls basketball is in the home stretch, with the season wrapping up for some local teams.

The Croxford Cavaliers will play their final regular season games tonight (February 6), heading out on the road to face the Springbank Phoenix. The senior Cavs sit just ahead of the Phoenix at third place with a 3-2 record, while the junior Cavs are undefeated so far this season.

The George McDougall Mustangs will play their final home game of the year when they welcome the Chestermere Lakers to the Mustang Corral. It will be a competitive game on the senior side, as the Mustangs try to upset the top-ranked Lakers to secure their second win of the season.

For both matchups, the juniors will hit the court first at 6:00 pm, followed by the seniors at 7:45 pm.

Elsewhere in Rocky View,  Bert Church will have two teams in action for exhibition games. Both junior Charger squads will be in Beiseker to face the Bandits. The boys will play first at 6:00pm, followed by the girls at 7:45pm.
