The Calgary Flames got a bit of revenge against the San Jose Sharks Monday night.

It was the second meeting for the Pacific Division rivals in less than a week. In their last matchup, the Sharks took a bite out of Calgary with a 3-1 win, but this time it was Calgary who came out strong downing San Jose 6-2.

It wasn’t the best night for Airdrie's Aaron Dell who was in net for the Sharks. Dell gave up six goals on 37 shots.

Former Airdrie hockey player Dillon Dube recorded two shots on net, but wasn’t able to put up the points as he did in the Flames last game against Vancouver where he recorded one goal and two assists.

The Sharks play a back-to-back Friday and Saturday versus the Winnipeg Jets and Minnesota Wild. Dell and San Jose's other netminder Martin Jones are expected to split those starts.

The Flames continue their California road trip heading south to take on the LA Kings on Wednesday and the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday before returning home to host the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday.
