One Airdrie team is dreaming of another provincial title while the other is dreaming about trying to prolong their season tonight (July 28) when the Airdrie Mohawks and Rockyview Knights take to the Stu Peppard Arena in Calgary in Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League playoff action.

The Senior "C" Mohawks will be out to capture another Alberta championship when they face the Edmonton Warriors in the opening game of a best of three tonight.

The Mohawks made quick work of the Okotoks Erratic, winning two straight last weekend and continuing their season-long winning streak.  The 'Hawks and the Warriors have the leading scorers in the South and North Divisions in their lineups.

Randy Levick led the way for Airdrie with 91 points in just 13 games this season.  Shaun Wilhelm racked up 107 points in 15 games for the Warriors in the North.

The game gets underway at 6:00 pm.

Following that, the Senior "B" Knights will look to stave off elimination for the second straight time when they play the Calgary Mountaineers.  On Thursday night, the Knights scored an 11 - 9 win to cut the Mounties lead in the series to two games to one.

Faceoff is at 9:00 pm.
