The Airdrie Pee Wee Storm and Bantam Raiders ended the regular season in the Calgary Minor Football Association on high notes and look ready for, what could be, a deep run into the playoffs.

On the weekend, the Storm made it six wins in seven tries this season when they handed the Colts a 48 - 6 setback.  Next up for the Storm is a first round playoff battle with the Cochrane Lions, who finished the regular season with a 3 and 4 mark.

The teams will square off Saturday morning at 11:00 am at Stampeder Field in Calgary.

As for the Raiders, things didn't look so good for them during the regular season when they got off to a 0 and 3 start.   However the team turned things around in a big way, ending up winning their next five starts to go 5 and 3.  That included a 48 - 20 win against the Colts in their final game.

The Raiders will now face the Wildcats who ended with a 6 and 2 record for the year.

That game is also set for 11:00 am Saturday on Hellard Field in Calgary.
