The Airdrie Raiders played their final regular season game in the Calgary Spring Football Association (CFSA) last night (May 17) and went out on a losing note.

The Raiders faced the Bulldogs in what turned into a defensive struggle and fell by a 12 - 6 count.

Airdrie finishes with a 1 and 5 record on the season.  The Bulldogs improved to 3 and 2.

The Raiders now get a chance to host a playoff game in the CFSA next Thursday, May 24th.  Because of field issues in Calgary, the Raiders will entertain the Big Rock Bengals from Okotoks at 7:00 pm in a game at Ed Eggerer Field.
