The 2018 Summer Games took place from July 20-22 in Grande Prairie.

 Airdrie was well represented at the games, as a whole, the athletes from Airdrie took home nine gold medals, six silver medals and six bronze medals. 

One impressive performance was that of the Zone-2 baseball team which took home gold and had multiple players from Airdrie.

Also leading the way was Jinaye Shomachuk who won three gold medals in the under 15 female discus, hammer toss and shot put. Other notable athletes included Wyatt Doucette who took home six medals in total and Montana Dobry who won five medals including one gold.
