The Airdrie Xtreme finished the regular season of the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League yesterday (February 18) and must now quickly get ready for the first round of the playoffs.

The Xtreme's final game didn't go as they had hoped as they dropped a 5 - 3 decision to the Calgary Royals.  It was just the fifth loss of the season for Airdrie who ended up in first place in the Ram South Division with a 25 - 5 and 6 record.

The Xtreme will square off against the SEAC Tigers who ended the season fourth in the Ram South Division in the best of three Divisional Quarter-finals starting tomorrow (February 20) night in Airdrie.

The game gets underway at 6:00 pm in the Ron Ebbesen Arena.

Game two goes Thursday in Calgary with a third game, if necessary, back in Airdrie on Saturday afternoon.
