An Airdrie man is due to make a court appearance in Cochrane today (Tuesday) on a charge of second degree murder.

Andrew Christal, 32, was charged last month in connection to a homicide near the Springbank airport.

Arrest warrants were issued two days later for Trista Nadene Tinkler, 34, and Robert Gordon Daignault, 51, who investigators believed were in possession of the victim's vehicle.

The pair were located and arrested on January 3 in Edmonton. Tinkler was charged with second degree murder on January 5, however it wasn't until June that charges were laid against Daignault and a third suspect, Christal of Airdrie.
