Airdrie RCMP is seeking the public's help after an armed robbery at the No Frills Grocery Store.

On July 8th at approximately 8:30 pm, a man entered No Frills and asked a cashier to page the manager for him.

Once the manager arrived the suspect pointed a suspected blunt weapon at the store manager and demanded cash. The suspect was provided with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect then walked calmly out of the store and ran westbound after exiting the doors of the store.

Once outside the suspect was picked up by a lifted, black diesel pick-up truck with silver rims and exhaust stacks.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5'4" to 5'8" tall with light blue eyes and brown hair.  The male was wearing an untucked, blue, white and brown western-style shirt with light jeans, black shoes, and a white Adidas baseball cap.

If you have information about this incident please call Airdrie RCMP at 403-945-7200.
