It's one of the biggest sporting events to hit the Town of Cochrane.

This weekend (February 10th to 12th) Hometown Hockey will be taking over the Spray Lakes Sawmills Family Sports Centre.

The weekend activities include live Music from Matt Masters, Hi-Strung Downers and Paul Brandt.

Former Calgary Flame Robyn Regher and former Vancouver Canuck Brendan Morrison will also be on hand for autographs.

The events will culminate in the live broadcast of Hometown Hockey on Sunday, with the feature NHL game between Montreal and Boston.

It's also a special time for the town as the annual Kimmett Cup takes over Mitford Pond that weekend.
