It was a big afternoon for students and staff at W.H. Croxford High School yesterday (November 2nd) during their Pep Rally and Awards Ceremony.

One of the biggest presentations of the event came from local business Davis Chevrolet who presented a cheque from their Test Drive For A Student day last month.

General Manager, Glenn Smaha along with Jessica Jacobs were on hand to unveil the cheque for $8,240.

Though the number is slightly lower than the $9,000 raised last year, Davis Chev and the Friends of W.H. Croxford Society were still celebrating the contribution.

The pep rally also included an awards and scholarship portion, which honoured current students and last year's graduating class for their achievements.
