Warmer weather brought the community out to the Festival of Lights on Monday, December 12.

After a long cold snap kept volunteers and festival goers at home, the 2016 Festival of Lights has some catching up to do.

Costly upgrades to this year's displays put the festival behind before it even started. The revenue lost in donations due to lack of attendance could leave 2017 without a Festival of Lights.

It will take a bit of a Christmas miracle to make up the lost donations, but with Old Man Winter's cooperation anything can happen.
