The final suspect in the theft of a tractor from a farm near Irricana on March 11th and the March 19th theft of a picker truck from an Acme concrete business has been arrested by RCMP.  

29-year-old Matthew Jay Toews of Linden turned himself into the Airdrie RCMP on Monday night (March 26).  He's been released from custody charged with two counts of Break and Enter.  Toews is scheduled to appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on April 12th, 2018.

Earlier, another Linden resident, 19-year-old Dustin Jackson was charged with two counts of Break and Enter and commit an offense.  He has also been released on a Promise to Appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on May 3rd.

On March 20th, Jackson was arrested and the Airdrie based Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Team recovered the stolen truck in Rosetown, Saskatchewan.  The stolen tractor was recovered later that same night near the community of Alsask with the cooperation of Jackson.
