There's some good news and not so good news when it comes to filling your gas tank this week.

According to new data from Gas Buddy released this morning (October 23rd) prices in Airdrie and across the prairies will remain relatively status quo this week.

Recent shifts in the oil market and uncertainty in Spain and Korea are expected to hike prices in many major markets including Vancouver and Toronto.

In Alberta however, no increases are anticipated but the report believes that the price at the pump will not drop to below the $1 mark.

Prices throughout Airdrie are sitting between 102 and 103 cents a litre, which are in line with the provincial average of 103.9 cents.
