Airdrie and Rocky View are once again feeling the bite of winter.

High temperatures for December 6th are expected to reach -19, but with the windchill hitting your skin, it'll feel more like -30.

Unfortunately, the cold snap isn't fading anytime soon with the highest temperature over the next couple days reaching -21 and lows hovering around -30.

In times like this, local EMS continue to remind you to dress warmly with plenty of layers and also carry proper footwear to prevent slipping on the ice.
