Airdronian Brennan Tutt is looking at a minimum sentence of 10 years in Utah jail for 2nd degree felony drug charges with intent to distribute.

Tutt along with 2 Calgary men were arrested on October 10, by Utah highway patrol after their K-9 dog, Diesel, sniffed out 236 pounds of methamphetamine's.

Charges were also pending for Tutt in the Calgary court for assault, theft of a cellphone, break and enter, and unlawful confinement.

The charges in Calgary have been withdrawn in light of the recent charges in the United States.

Although the minimum sentence is 10 years, Tutt could face a maximum penalty of 15 years and a $10,000 fine.
