The colder weather in the Northeast and supply problems on the U.S West Coast could lend itself to an increase this week at the pumps.

“Gasoline production issues, colder weather, a weakening Loonie and fuel demand with Thanksgiving in the U.S. approaching could see pump prices edge up," said Dan McTeague, GasBuddy Senior Petroleum Analyst.

Last week gas prices fell to a low of 81.6 cents per litre, which we haven't seen at the pumps since March.

McTeague anticipates a 4 to 6 cent increase to fuel prices by Friday, November 25.
