Airdrie RCMP are looking into a robbery at the CIBC on Main Street.

On March 11th at around 12:35pm Police say a man entered the bank wearing a Balaclava and demanded cash from the teller, claiming he was holding a firearm.

He received an undisclosed amount of cash and left the bank, but Police aren't sure whether he left in a vehicle or by foot.

The man is believed to be a white male between 40-50 years old, 5'7-5'8, 170-180lbs.

He had a salt and pepper moustache and was wearing a blue hoody, a black puffy vest and heavy pants.
