Rocky View County Fire Services are aiding the RCMP and EMS personnel in an ongoing investigation east of Delacour in rural Rocky View County.  

RCMP, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles were in the area of Highway 564 and Range Road 274 and were said to have been there for over 24 hours.

A section of land has been cordoned off in the area but RCMP say there is no risk to the public.  Tents have been set up in the area that has been contained.  RCMP say the investigation isn't linked to a homicide.

Delacour is a hamlet located approximately 10 km east of the City of Calgary.
