Residents in Airdrie are cleaning up after yesterday's (May 24th) massive wind and rain storm.

The winds, which exceeded 90 km/h at some times, broke branches off trees, throwing them throughout the City's roads.

In one case, a tree was uprooted from it's spot near Bert Church High School.

Some families even watched as their trampolines blew away from their backyards and onto their community roads.

Although there's still some wind in the air, conditions are expected to improve through the remainder of the week and into the weekend.
