Airdrie’s gas prices have been staying steady for the last week or so but there’s a chance it could up this week.

According to the latest fuel forecast from Gas Buddy, many factors could push the price of fuel up in the next few days.

The recent dispute between Canada and Saudi Arabia along with the weak Canadian Dollar and US sanctions on Iran could affect the global oil market and inevitably the price at the pump.

Many stations in Airdrie are selling around 122 cents a litre which is below the Alberta average of 125.9 cents.
