If you own a business in Airdrie, you have a little over two weeks to renew your business license before the deadline, January 31. They were mailed out December 29, 2011. Kent Rupert, with Economic Development for the City, says they're processing the licenses as soon as they come in.

They would prefer that not everyone waits until the final day to renew, and ask all members of the business community to please submit them quickly. Rupert explains the procedure once you receive your license renewal in the mail.
