Airdrie Rural RCMP are warning drivers of a road in Rocky View County that fell victim to last night's (June 13) intense rain and hail storm.

RCMP say Dwight McLellan Trail, located south of the Century Downs Racetrack and Casino and southeast of the CrossIron Mills Mall is flooded and impassable.

Numerous vehicles are stuck at this area of the road. 

RCMP are currently on scene and are asking drivers to avoid this area.
