It's been a hard road of recovery for Cochrane naitive and Vancouver Canuck Mason Raymond.

During the Stanley Cup Finals, Raymond was hit by Boston Bruins defenceman Johnny Boychuk in Game 6 on June 13, where he suffered fractured vertebrae on the play.

The speedy forward was able to return to practice with his teammates  for the first time this season, and Raymond says its good to be back.

Raymond isn't expected to be on the ice tonight as the Canucks take on the Los Angeles Kings, but it's good to see him back on the ice in some capacity, and his return to game action should be any day now.
