Airdrie RCMP has located and charged a youth in relation to a bear spray incident near an Airdrie middle school on Wednesday, October 18.
The Airdrie youth, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Common Nuisance
The Airdrie RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying the involved parties. Tips and information from the public were helpful in this case. Airdrie RCMP are not looking for any further suspects at this time.
